The intensive and results-oriented nature of coaching typically necessitates a relatively brief period of intervention, typically comprising a limited number of sessions.

We’ll begin mapping out how I can best support you and you can expect a warm, non-judgmental space where you can speak openly. Seeking help is a powerful act of courage and self-awareness. I'm here to support you every step of the way.


03. Engage in ongoing sessions

As we move forward with regular sessions, you’ll begin to deepen your understanding and build practical skills for managing everyday challenges.
We typically meet weekly, which allows us to build momentum and establish a supportive rhythm for your growth. Each session provides a safe, confidential space where you can explore challenges, develop new insights, and learn practical strategies for creating positive change in your life.
While I'll guide the process with evidence-based approaches, you set the pace and focus of our work together. I encourage open dialogue about what's working well and what might need adjusting along the way.
